THT Services' Low Voltage heating units are ideal for Pre-heating and Post Weld Heat Treatment.
The units have been robustly constructed to provide power to electrical resistance heaters at 60 Volts, suitable for pipework and vessels on site and in workshops.
Each of the six circuits maybe controlled individually using a combination of energy regulators and set point temperature controllers - these are integral part of the unit. Alternatively, fully automatic control is possible by switching in a programmer unit to gain control over rates of heating and cooling as well as soak conditions.
6 WAY MAINS VOLTAGE CONTROL UNIT
THT Services' 6 channel 3- phase high voltage units are ideal for larger jobs where low voltage equipment and low voltage elements are uneconomical, such as post weld heat treatment of closing seams on pressure vessels and powering temporary furnace installations.
The unit has bee robustly constructed to provide power to electrical resistance heaters connected to a 3 - phase mains voltage electrical supply at 380 - 440V, 50 - 60 Hz. The unit is suitable for site and shop working.
